Guest Waiver

I hereby agree to hold the Watershed Center, Mt Riga Farm LLC and their agents harmless against all loss, damage, liability or expense arising out of, or in connection with anything owned or controlled by The Watershed Center or Mt Riga Farm LLC, or resulting from any acts, failure to act, or negligence of the Watershed Center or Mt Riga Farm LLC or their agents. I agree that my use of the premises, facilities and equipment of the Watershed Center at Mt Riga Farm is accepted by me at my own risk, and that the Watershed Center Mt Riga Farm LLC and their agents are absolved and discharged from all liability for any loss or damage I may incur.

By registering to attend a retreat at Watershed, I acknowledge that if I am hurt or my personal property is damaged during my stay at The Watershed Center at Mt Riga Farm, I waive my right to maintain a lawsuit against the Watershed Center or Mt Riga Farm LLC or their agents on the basis of any claim of harm.

The Watershed Center strives to document its own development and the experiences of the amazing people who spend time with us. We hope you will be a part of this history. We periodically capture images and audio to record our story, some of which may be used on our website or in promotional material.
